- Tertiary undergraduates from the local universities or private institutions offering a recognised degree programme

- Minimum 21 years of age as at 31 July 2017
- Minimum academic qualifications of a full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Levels (3 H2, 2 H1), International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
