Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Participate in content production and maintenance for print and web materials (includes writing copy for corporate branding, Internal circulations and publications.

· Maintain corporate and philanthropic internal portals.

  • Support the development and execution of communications strategies targeted at both Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Oversee, manage and support the development of corporate materials such as websites, videos and e-cards.
  • Manage corporate inventory, videos and photo library.
  • Collate, assist in data entry/verification, and its analysis
  • Support IT project deliverables, and conduct system testing for the Group
  • Support all rounded project administrative support, project documentation and reporting support.

Qualifications:

· Experience in corporate communications/PR/Journalism/Technical Publishing, with a keen interest in IT-related work

· Writing and editing works across various platforms such on both print and web

· Resourceful and creative individual with strong abilities to multi-task

· Web editing knowledge is a plus

· Able to work under pressure and deadlines
