Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer Government grants & claims disbursement including
    • Verification of supporting documents submitted
    • Disbursement of claims
    • Monthly status updates
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & scheules
  • Perform financial related activities such as billing, payment, journal entries, profit and loss tracking on events organised.
  • Support operations team on events as and when required
  • Adhoc project as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounting knowledge and experience
  • Energetic, steady, good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, well organized with a good eye for details
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Experience in Quickbooks accounting software will be an added advantage
