About the Division  

The Service Development - Employment (Marketing and Outreach) team drives marketing and outreach efforts to promote disability inclusive employment. The team works with employers, partners and stakeholders to raise awareness, amplify inclusive employment practices and support employer engagement initiatives.

Job Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

The intern will support the Employment & Employability, Employment Engagement team in promoting disability inclusive employment initiatives by SG Enable.

The intern will assist in marketing campaigns, employer outreach efforts, and the development of content and materials that raise awareness of inclusive hiring and SG Enable’s programmes such as the Enabling Mark and employer partnerships. 

 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development of marketing and communication materials including social media content, website updates, email marketing and marketing collaterals 
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives targeted at employers, partners and stakeholders 
  • Support the documentation of employer case studies, success stories and content related to disability inclusive employment 
  • Support research, data collection, and performance reporting to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for employer engagement activities, events, briefings and outreach initiatives as required 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong writing and communication skills 
  • Interest in marketing, outreach or social impact initiatives 
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and take initiative 
  • Basic knowledge or experience in social media platforms and digital 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
