JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-charge of the daily operations of retail store.
- Coach and manage retail staff performance to meet sales target.
- Expand corporate customer base to achieve sales target and growth.
- Working closely with marketing team on brand and promotion activities at store.
- Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Identify new innovation, competition and propose effective strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide product training to new hired retail staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- A team player.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
WORKING LOCATION
Bugis
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS
11am - 8pm (6 days per week)
SALARY PACKAGE
$2000 - $2400
