Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll administration (100 staff)
  • Prepare monthly payroll related reports and reconciliation
  • Submission of monthly CPF contribution
  • Employee income tax processing (IR21)
  • Administration of government related claims (NS Claim / Childcare / Maternity / Paternity etc)
  • Handle daily human resources functions, operations and administrative matters in the department
  • Maintain and update employees’ employment records
  • Attend to employees’ enquiries relating HR & payroll matters
  • Leave and benefits administration
  • Coordinate training course with departments and course providers
  • Administer statutory and other training grants, e.g. SDF
  • Issue uniform and any other necessary company’s items to new hires
  • Insurance Claims
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibility as assigned by Group General Manager


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or in any related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in relevant legislations such as Employment Act
  • Meticulous & detailed and able to handle confidential information
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, initiative and must be a “hands-on” person
  • Bilingual in spoken English & Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders effectively
  • Times Software Payroll System would be an added advantage

  • Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm


SALARY PACKAGE

  • $1800 - $2000
