JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for business performance of the outlet, analyze and propose action plans to achieve profitability and company goals.
- Coordinate, oversee and work closely with team on restaurant operations, ensuring excellent dining experience is provided to all guests during operation period.
- Administrative tasks including scheduling, HR matters, payroll submission.
- Enforce high level hygiene standard and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Comply and execute organization standards in terms of procedures and requirement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years working experience in F&B Managerial capacity.
- Able to work in fast paced environment and handle pressure well
- Possess leadership and good communication skills.
- People-oriented and is a team player.
WORKING LOCATION
- Thomson
WORKING DAYS/ HOURS
- 10am - 3pm, 5pm - 10pm / 6 days per week
SALARY PACKAGE
- $3500 - $4000
