- Perform accurate small batch flavour compounding, ensuring optimal support to
internal stakeholders and commercial team
Ensure timely completion of small batch and market sample orders
Support the optimization of new processes and products at the laboratory bench level and contribute to successful scale-up for production
Organize and manage sample lab inventory, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure updated raw material availability
Perform and maintain perform periodic updates of sample library records
Maintain a safe, orderly, and hygienic laboratory environment in compliance with company policies, FSSC standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science or related
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Meticulous, responsible with good organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an aromatic environment
- Able to work well independently and in a team
