SearchAsia Consulting – Recruiter (Business Development)

Both internship and full-time opportunities are available. Internships require a minimum of 10 weeks commitment. 

•             Engage candidly with clients and candidates to meet unique recruitment needs

•             Coordinate and conduct interviews with prospective candidates for our clients

•             Expand and increase new client accounts

•             Conduct reference and suitability checks, and make job offers to candidates

•             Network with Senior Executives to source for mid to high level positions

Requirements:

•             Bachelor Degree in any major

•             Passion for human resources/talent acquisition

•             Enthusiastic and willing to learn

•             Enjoy meeting new people

•             Highly motivated individual

•             No prior experience needed
