As a Corporate Recruiter, you will partner with both employers and job seekers to facilitate a successful match. If you’re a team player with enthusiasm and enjoys networking with management executives, we want you to become part of our highly selective team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner companies on corporate talent sourcing services for mid to senior management positions
- Perform the full cycle of recruitment activities including sourcing for candidates, interviewing, offering stage and beyond
- Manage both clients and candidates expectations and requirements
- Generate new sales leads and develop long term business relationships with clients through cold calling and sales visit
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in any field/discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys challenges and strong motivated to excel
- Good team player and optimistic
