Job Description

We are hiring in our Banking division. As a Banking Specialist Recruiter, you are looking to establish a strong pipeline of high calibre candidates within the banking sector. Majority of our clients are the banks, general/life insurance companies and commercial financial institutions. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, providing an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike. You can also expect to be involved in a range of business development and networking activities to help us build even stronger client relationships – and attract new ones.

Job description and responsibilities:

  • Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in the banking sector
  • Develop business projects with target company industry and job categories to achieve their hiring goals
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the business needs and lead high-quality end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Lead on finding and reaching out to potential candidates using a variety of search methods.
  • Pre-screen candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements. Make referrals to hiring manager and ensures efficient turn-around activity.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or related discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourceful and highly self-motivated
  • Good experience in developing recruitment strategies, operations, and programs.
