Job scope

• Involvement in recruitment cycle activities such as market research, arranging interviews and engaging with candidates to understand their needs and expectations 
• Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients
• Contribute to business growth through assisting in business leads generation

What you will learn:

• Research skills, current affairs, industry and market knowledge 
• Insights into recruiting function of HR from senior consultants
• Hone organisational skills and understand corporate-level standards of operations
• Close interaction with professionals and exposure to different industries especially within the Asian business landscape
• Reasoning and conversational skills – phone etiquette, interpersonal and persuasive skills 

We are looking for:

• GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma/Degree Student
• Confident and effective communicator
• People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships
• Self-driven and optimistic
• Good team player
• Strong desire to learn; experience is not a priority
• Able to commit for a minimum period of 12 weeks
