Job Description
  • Processes customer inquiries, quoting standard prices, delivery information, and terms
  • Writes and review quotes and orders for accuracy prior to placing them
  • Advises customers in case of back orders or delays.
  • Responds/researches complaints and resolves them if possible. If complain cannot be resolved it should be referred to the Account Manager.
