Job Description
  • eCommerce Operations: Manage, update, and optimize product listings across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon to ensure accuracy, visibility, and sales performance.
  • Marketing Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and support email marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Digital Campaign Support: Assist in managing Meta Ads, SEO optimization, and promotional calendars to drive traffic, increase conversions, and support overall marketing objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics, monitor sales performance, and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Brand Coordination: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and support or lead smaller-scale marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, roadshows, or promotional activities as and when required.
