Job Description**
(1) Respond to emails, handle sales enquiries, use Qpost, Qtalk, shopee & carousell online talking Apps; complains and follow up;
(2) Solve sales enquries and customer service questions;
(3) Deal with everyday order, record stock status;
(4) Take care of walk-in sales from time to time, prepare and process sales orders;
Requirements**
(1) Fluent both in English and Mandarin;
(2) Customer Service experience is preferred;
(3) Familiar with computer and microsoft office application;
(4) Meticulous and able to work independently under time stress;
(5) Able to multi task and organize;
