Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to market mapping for roles and keeps information up to date
  • Conduct “lunch&learn” session with TA on BU library (Structure, sell-thru, products, channels etc) on a regular basis during team meetings.
  • Collate intel on current market trends
  • Conduct thorough industry research on direct competitors
  • Builds talent pipelines through research and understanding of competitors
  • Works closely with the Recruiters to understand the needs of the vacancy and to identify potential candidate leads
  • Regular database update
  • Support the planning and execution of events and on-campus marketing initiatives / employer branding initiatives, (presentations, pop up installations, career fairs, webinars etc.) ensuring brand consistency across all channels
  • Support assessment center for graduate recruitment program
  • Handle job bank posting and TLR administration tasks


Skills and Experience

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor degree with local university focusing on Analytics, Statistics, data mgmt., research or related studies
  • Intermediate MS Office and CRM system experience
  • Strong analytical skills and good at IT systems
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and people skills
  • Hard working, proactive, organized and dedicated to excellence
  • Ability to work independently whilst retaining a team based approach
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and pro-active personality
  • Strong personal values
