Job Description

This position has been created to perform/provide accurate and timely management reports and analysis of BU and sales areas performance. The position is to develop and standardize downstream management reporting formats and templates and ensure consistency as appropriate

Tasks includes:

  • Communication/Coordination/Organization

Close Cooperation with AAM HQ, Asia Pacific team and Sales Areas in SEA, Korea, Japan and Pacific

  • Support Strategic Planning in reporting of Key Data in a user friendly format:
  1. Turnover Dashboard Reporting (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly)
  2. PGM Reporting (Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly)
  3. Loss Margin and Sales Reporting
  4. Price Harmonization – Incoming Order Tracking (Monthly/Quarterly)
  5. Overhead Cost/HC Development (Monthly)
  6. Preparation of AAM AP Monthly Call Meeting and other meeting templates
  • To identify all variances and follow-up with Sales Areas with corrective action plans

  • Special Tasks/legal functions/Ad-hoc assignments etc.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy is an advantage
  • Strong in MS Office especially Excel (Advanced)
  • Can treat data/information with the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Well organized and attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Independent, self-motivated
