Job Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with the team to implement effective people management strategies aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and assisting with overall human resource administration tasks.
- Support the Human Capital Business Partners in various resourcing activities, including recruitment drives, and compile monthly recruitment statistics for senior management review.
