The Training Intern assists in the administration, organization and presentation of company internal and customer training programs and initiatives. The primary responsibilities of this role include maintaining existing training initiatives and programs, assisting with and scheduling trainings and researching new learning opportunities.
- Prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior.
Objectives/Key take away of this Internship
- The intern can expect to have detailed understanding of our wide range of bioprocessing, lab equipment and products.
- Have an understanding of how product training is being conducted and how to equip end users with the knowledge of using our products.
