Based in Singapore, develops and maintains the regional CHC innovation database, aiming at creating an information management system that will ensure timely sharing of relevant information to all stakeholders.
Innovation
- Develop a process to capture and share relevant innovation information to key stakeholders
- Collect, analyse and share innovation metrics/KPIs
- Assist the region and markets to monitor local innovation budget
- Assist in the market deployment of templates and standard practices related to innovation
- Communicates to stakeholders regular and timely updates on innovation
Launches
- Tracks all regional and local launches to ensure on-time and in-full execution
- Identify opportunities to improve and track documentation of launch activities
- Conduct retro-analysis of past launches and propose solutions in order to shorten time to market
- Implements KPIs to track deviations: measure the actual time-to-market versus the planned approval and launch dates and the actual sales versus the budget up to 12 months after the launch
