Job Description

We have an attractive opportunity within the Talent Management (TM) team based in Singapore beach road office for a HR Intern / PMO to support and coordinate the activities and projects in the TM function for Asia JPAC.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management (Asia/JPAC), the HR Intern / PMO will:

  • Take the lead in project management and coordinate integration activities across Asia JPAC

    • Work transversally with the regional and country talent management project leads to drive and champion project initiatives for Asia JPAC

  • Coordinate with countries on submission on talent reviews and analysis

    • Conduct baseline analysis on diversity and succession plan

    • Devise tracking tools on development status for a group of fast track talents

  • Drive and coordinate mid-year and year end performance management assessment

  • Work with regional and country HR and Talent management team to drive talent and performance initiatives

  • Implementation of TM dashboard to facilitate and make efficient the monthly review at the senior leadership team in the region

    • Track and consolidate the monthly TM reports and conduct analysis on trends

    • Look into improvements to ensure accuracy and completeness of data used in reports

  • Adhoc projects include coordinate TM developmental plans including follow up on intervention and outcome

The successful candidate is someone who strives for continuous improvements regarding the current existing processes. Other requirements include:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resource or other equivalent qualifications; Higher qualification such as Masters will be good to have

  • Prior experience in Human Resource is good to have but not necessary

  • Able to build rapport and network within internal stakeholders; able to display culture sensitivity

  • Has strong integrity and values as the person would have access to confidential information; sense of urgency, self-motivated and is a good team player

  • Good communication and presentation skills; able to strive for results and has good organization skills
