Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day operations, including administrative, sales support, and housekeeping.
  • Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
  • Completing all assigned duties and ensuring the concept store is always in good and excellent appearance.
  • Handle customer issues, resolutions and escalate the issues to the store supervisor.
  • Coordinate delivery and pick up, preparing documentation & paperwork to ensure accuracy of clothing details.
  • Inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Good grooming and a pleasant demeanor
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to commit for non-standard working hours including public holidays and weekends
