The role as a Client Account Manager requires the person to be responsible and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for producing digital marketing services for clients.. Our methodology has been proven to help clients seek a better brand position in the online space. Our team works to achieve the desired results or objectives set by the client.
The Client Account Manager is in charge of our clients' digital marketing activities, including Google Adwords and Social Media Marketing. This role will focus on building lead generation for our clients as part of our service offering. This role drives digital initiatives on a number of fronts including, but not limited to, strategic plans, project management, creative design oversight, budget management, performance metrics, reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for campaign strategies, development of marketing plans and its execution to ensure high response rate and key performance indicators are met
- Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities for clients on Google Adwords including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
- Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and edit creative copy, review and analyse web site performance metrics, and optimize current campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day social media management across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid campaigns
- Understand current search engine optimization (SEO) tactics and assist with further improvements
- Integrate strategies and recommendations into other marketing channels such as email marketing,
- Manage Facebook/Google ads campaign planning and execution including ad optimization, competitive analysis, audience research, bid management, implementation and testing
- Ensure campaign are set up with complete accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct competitive studies to ensure product competitiveness
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year’s of working experience
- A positive attitude towards clients servicing
- Some experience in ad campaign management for one or more of the platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter etc) is ideal, but not compulsory
- Experience in WordPress CMS is ideal, but not compulsory
- Creative thinker and self starter
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
