Job Description
  • Handle the full spectrum of HR functions & operations
  • HR Operations: Maintain personal records, track service confirmation and contract expiry
  • Recruitment & Selection: Aid in the full recruitment and on-boarding process of new employees
  • Handle the full process of application, renewal, and termination of S-Pass, WP and EP holders
  • Payroll and leave administration: Update and monitor leave balance, and generate monthly payroll with the use of MYOB Software
  • Submit monthly CPF & Annual IR8A Contribution
  • Performance Management: Coordinate and participate in the full annual appraisal process
  • Training & Development: Implement training plans, coordinate training courses, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Organize employee engagement activities in the company
  • Apply/handle claims for NS Makeup pay, WDA training courses & childcare reimbursement
  • Handle the renewal of insurance for employees and company’s vehicles
  • Focal point for employees for any HR-related matters
  • Address any human resource related queries
  • Administer and conduct internal audit for company processes to ensure compliance to ISO9001:2008 standards
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Directors

Requirements 

  • At least a diploma or equivalent in HR preferred
  • •    At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • •    Proven ability to multi-task, self-motivated, with a strong sense of
  • commitment & initiative
  • •    People-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • •    Proficient in MS Office Applications
