We believe the best stories start at sea. "Albatross Speedboat Adventures" runs small-group, high-energy rides around Singapore’s coastline—sunrise zips, island-hopping detours, sunset cruises and everything in between. It’s premium gear without the stiff vibe: friendly crew, safety-first operations, smooth check-ins, and playlists that slap. Expect wind-in-your-hair speed, skyline views, and plenty of IG-worthy moments. Whether you’re ticking off a weekend bucket list, planning a birthday squad hang, or showing your out-of-towners what SG really looks like, we’ve got the seats, the skippers and the spontaneity. Come for the thrill, stay for the vibe.

About the role
Be the smiling first point of contact for our speedboat guests. You’ll handle ticketing and check-ins, answer questions, keep lines moving, and make sure everyone boards safely and happily—rain or shine.
What you’ll do
- Run daily ticketing ops: process bookings, changes, and walk-ins via our booking & POS systems.
- Check in guests quickly and accurately; verify waivers, assign seats, issue wristbands/boarding passes.
- Communicate clearly with guests about timing, safety, and what to expect; manage queues with a friendly touch.
- Coordinate manifests and departure timings with skippers and ops; flag no-shows and last-minute changes.
- Handle WhatsApp/phone/email enquiries; resolve issues on the spot or escalate when needed.
- Upsell add-ons (photos, merchandise, combos) without being pushy.
- Maintain accurate records; do end-of-day cash/shift reconciliation.
- Support basic crowd management at the pontoon/jetty and assist with weather contingencies.
You’ll thrive here if you
- Are extroverted, warm, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Communicate confidently in English (additional languages like Mandarin/Malay/Tamil a plus).
- Stay calm under pressure and keep that cheerful, “can-do” energy.
- Are comfortable outdoors and around the sea; okay with some sun and the occasional splash.
- Can stand and move for extended periods; basic numeracy and tech-savviness.
Must-haves
- Legal right to work in Singapore; students welcome (flexible shifts).
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
Nice-to-haves
- Hospitality/tourism/retail or events experience.
- Interest in boating/marine activities.

- Training on our booking systems and guest experience standards.
- Staff ride opportunities and team perks.
- Fun, supportive team with a front-row seat to sea adventures.
