What You’ll Do
Ideate, film, and edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Support longer-form YouTube content (e.g., BTS, vlogs, behind-the-scenes edits).
Edit with strong pacing, humour, and engagement hooks that keep people watching.
Take photos and shoot short-form videos.
Stay updated on trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
Support multiple creator accounts across comedy, lifestyle, fashion, and dance.
Contribute creative ideas and experiment with new formats.
What We’re Looking For
Strong sense of humour and instinct for what makes content funny and engaging.
Proficient in CapCut (Adobe Premiere is a bonus).
Good eye for framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
Solid understanding of short-form content structure (hooks, retention, pacing).
Comfortable editing lightly longer YouTube content (BTS, vlogs, etc.).
Bonus if you’re fluent and active on Xiaohongshu (小红书).
Self-driven, organised, and excited to create.
