- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely and accurate way 
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) 
- Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance 
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members 
- Gather customer feedback and share with team members 
Requirements:
- Excellent people and communication skills 
- Analytical mind (ability to translate complex data into market insights) 
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
- Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
- Able to commit for minimum of 3 months
