We are currently having a social media application project and the candidate who join us will have immediate involve in the project as one of the key member in the team. A rare experience for student to join and gain experience by involving in the project deeply. We hope to help the student who join us could bring home with a lot of realistic industrial experience as much as possible.
We are looking for Project Admin who will be responsible to provide administrative assistance to the growth of the project. We are a fresh start-up and definitely welcome you to join us and splurge some fun elements into our daily operations.
Responsibilities of this member:
• Liaise with Project Managers and Partners directly.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Partners.
• Maintain proper and organized storage of project documents (physical and digital copies)
• Arrange and attend meetings internally and externally.
• Track and record project team movements i.e. sick leaves and annual leaves.
• Undertake any additional administrative duties assigned by Project Managers and Partners.
The candidate should meet the qualification below:
• Familiar with HR functions is a plus.
• Able to work well in a face-paced environment.
• Adequate communication skills.
• Detail-oriented. A good team player.
