Job Description
The Telemarketing Intern will be responsible for introducing and selling our services via telephone. Your typical day involves:
- Set appointments for sales representatives to visit clients to close deals
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up (internal marketing activities etc) and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and explain how our product and services help them meet their goals
- Getting customers' feedback to improve product and services
