We are looking a suitable candidate to grow and expand the business with us.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for front and back of house
• Budgeting, Sales Projection and P&L
• Direct the Preparation, Seasoning, and Cooking of Salads, Soups, Fish, Meats, Vegetables, Desserts, or other foods.
• Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays
• Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
• Plan and Price menu items
• Order supplies
• Keep records and accounts
• Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that all workers follow standards and regulations
• Participate in cooking
QUALIFICATIONS
* Shift
* Mon - Fri: 10.00am to 4.00pm and
* Mon - Fri: 5.00pm to 9.30pm
* Sat: 10.00am to 4.00pm
* Meals provided
* Working location: Kallang Avenue
* Candidates with 3-5 years' experience in kitchen will have advantage.
