Redz Group – Human Resource cum Admin Intern

Work location: near Tanjong Pagar MRT

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Allowance: $900 - $1200 per month

• Assist with day to day operation of HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records and P-file 
• Coordinate meetings and training
• Assist in payroll preparation
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, entry level candidates from Polytechnic or related fields 
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to commit for at least 4 months, preferably able to continue as permanent staff if performance is good
• Able to start within a short notice period 
• Singaporean/SPR only
