Recruitment and Administrative Executive (HR Dept.)

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

- Ability to work with speed and accuracy, often to deadlines 

- Display leadership qualities

- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- The motivation to succeed
- Ability to project a professional image at all times


What we provide:

You will be :
- immersed in a recruitment environment that assists to filer the resumes
screen through the applicants
- to bring the understanding of the role to the applicants via telephone call
- reports and trackers (weekly)
- assist in payroll
- interview process (in time)
- leading a team with time

This position would ideally suit those interested in long-term career opportunities and someone who is ultimately seeking a future position in a management role.

A relevant tertiary qualification isn't essential, however would add value to your application.
