We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a HR Intern who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Job Description
The internship will offer:
- An exciting opportunity to get an insight to Singapore’s Employment Act
- Dedicated mentorship
Duties
- Assist Recruitment Consultant with fulfilling the staffing needs of clients and job seekers
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews
- Provide support to the sales team
- Perform Administrative and Data Entry duties
- Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director
- Assist the Director daily tasks and follow up closely
- Other Ad-hoc duties apply if needed
Requirements
- No experience required, training provided
- Min A Levels
- Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
- Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
- Team player and able to work well with all levels
