Job Description

We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a University or polytechnic to join us as an Intern in our Talent Acquisition Team.

Talent acquisition is an exciting profession for those who love engaging with people – be it with the corporate clients or industry professionals seeking better career opportunities. If you are personable, come across as confident, resourceful, dynamic and persistent, then you will surely enjoy doing this!

You will be mentored by our experienced Corporate Recruiter who will guide you on the the following tasks:

  • to understand client’s manpower needs - not just the technical requirements but the intrinsic values in the candidates that they are looking for
  • actively source for best-fit candidates through various sources
  • conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates
  • provide career advice and consultation to candidates 
  • manage candidates' expectations
  • provide a close followup with candidates in managing the entire recruitment process

Outstanding Interns will get the opportunity to accompany your mentor to meet corporate clients or assist in presentations to clients.

If you are a graduating student, you will be offered a career with us if you have performed well as our Intern.
