As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner your Clients in finding the most suitable candidates for a position, and you will be involved in the entire process of the Client and Candidate meeting process.
- Conduct daily interviews to match the correct candidates to the various job openings.
- Provide career advisory services to Candidates.
- Provide candidate assessment services to Clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trend and business economies.
· Build and strengthen relationships with existing Clients through active follow ups and business meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- Possess good communication skills and sense of urgency.
- Able to work well in a challenging environment.
