Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide recruitment support
  • Source for candidates by ads posting and referrals
  • Interviewing potential candidates and accessing them on suitability for positions
  • Advising candidates on their career options
  • Providing of resumes, references and other documents as needed by clients
  • Arranging of interviews between clients and candidates
  • Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
  • Working as a team to increase our client base and commercial performance


  • Other HR Support
  • Liaise with Candidates on contract administration
  • Payroll computation
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma with keen interest in recruitment or HR functions
  • Candidates taking part-time degree course in the evening may apply
  • Strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediately available and able to commit for at least 3 months
