Job Description


  • Handle recruitment enquiries from new and existing clients
  • Support the recruitment and selection of Contract/Permanent hire roles ranging from entry to managerial level 
  • Providing consultation to candidates and companies on their staffing needs
  • Sourcing & short-listing of candidates through resumes
  • Arranging & conducting of interviews to qualify candidates
  • Coordinating of  interviews
  • Problem solving and providing excellent customer service
  • Ensured consistent follow-ups with clients to cater to their recruitment needs and after-sales enquiries
  • Answering of in-bound phone & e-mail enquiries
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs
  • Actively develop existing accounts as well as new accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 'A' Levels and above
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skills (Written and Spoken)
