Key Responsibilities
Supports the team in daily site ops and digital commerce activities
Supports the team in digital campaign planning and execution
Involved in brand site UX / SEO strategies and activities to increase customer engagement and retention
Support in the planning, logistics and execution of any digital commerce event
Liaise with Agencies and Media for digital ops related activities
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and any administrative work for the department
Any other adhoc related duties that may be assigned during the course of work
Requirements
Preferably pursuing or holding a Degree / Diploma in Business / Digital Marketing or related disciplines
Able to commit to a full internship period of continuous 6 months
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiar with 3rd party marketplaces Lazada / Shopee / Zalora
Self-motivated individual with a keenness to learn
Well-organised and a collaborative team player
Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
