Job Description

Recruitment

  • Advertise job advertisement and screening and short-listing of candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews

HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities
  • Conduct induction for new hires
  • HR Letters preparation (appointment contract, confirmation, salary adjustment, bonus, certification of employment, etc)
  • Initiate IT Provisioning for new staff and revoke leaver network access
  • Staff Confirmation
  • P File creation and maintenance
  • Assist in HR related projects such as employee engagement, industrial attachments and outreach programs

Staff Welfare/others

  • Assist in staff events such as team building, corporate dinners etc.
  • Attend staff enquiry
  • Ad hoc HR assignment

Requirements

  • Contract role. Able to commit for at least 5 months.
  • Diploma or related 
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in in full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staffs.
  • Familiar with Singapore's Employment Laws and Practices.
  • Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information
