Job Description

Daily Operation

  1. Welcome and greet the arriving tenants/guests in a professional manner.
  2. Develop and maintain a working knowledge and local area, to be able to provide tenants/guests with information regarding direction, available services, facilities and local interests if required.
  3. Provide quality service to tenants/guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
  4. Handle complaints and suggestions from tenants/guests in a courteous manner.
  5. Communicate with tenants via email on events and seminars and their guests’ entry, returning of visitors’ passes and umbrellas.
  6. Assist SBS / BS in overseeing the general cleanliness of the Main lobbies and report to FCC on breakdown of lifts / escalators
  7. Assist Fire Safety Manager during fire drills by directing traffic flow.

Requirements

  • Entry Level or with minimum 2 years of concierge, hospitality, or service related experience.
  • Able to perform shift.
