Daily Operation
- Welcome and greet the arriving tenants/guests in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge and local area, to be able to provide tenants/guests with information regarding direction, available services, facilities and local interests if required.
- Provide quality service to tenants/guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
- Handle complaints and suggestions from tenants/guests in a courteous manner.
- Communicate with tenants via email on events and seminars and their guests’ entry, returning of visitors’ passes and umbrellas.
- Assist SBS / BS in overseeing the general cleanliness of the Main lobbies and report to FCC on breakdown of lifts / escalators
- Assist Fire Safety Manager during fire drills by directing traffic flow.
Requirements
- Entry Level or with minimum 2 years of concierge, hospitality, or service related experience.
- Able to perform shift.
