Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a proper filing system to keep track of data.
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
- Ensure pantry and stationery supplies are well-replenished.
- Schedule meetings for briefing and group discussion.
- Answer incoming calls from external parties and handle internal dispatch.
- Provide administrative support as and when required.
Requirements
- Contract role. Commitment of at least 5 months is required.
- GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in clerical/administrative/operational support is required for this position.
