We are a Fortune 500 American MNC, and we are looking for an intern to be directly attached to our Executive Assistant (EA).
Our EA provides end-to-end personal administrative support and assistance to a team of high-end executive staff (3-5 people).
The EA will act as the intern's direct mentor and the pair will work closely together to ensure business functions run as smoothly as possible.
Main job tasks include:
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, collect & analyze data to prepare reports & documents
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Co-ordinate project based work
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
