We are a local company that provides Rehab Therapy and Sports Massage service.
We are excited to be expanding our team by looking for a freelance Clinic Assistant!
Location: Bukit Timah Shopping Center, near Beautyworld MRT station.
Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
10/hour - $11/hour (depending on experience)
10am to 6.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination: Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate registration procedures.
Administrative Support: Note taking during sessions, ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, greet customer.
Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of the clinic facility, including cleanliness, vacuum, wipe glass door.
Customer Service: Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the clinic.
Requirements:Diploma or experience working as an administration staff.Proven experience in clinic administration or healthcare management role preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Whatsapp business, Google Calendar.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.
