Qi Xiang Technology Pte Ltd – Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our IT team

• To analyse products optimization and solutions with the market data index
• To create an effective product requirements document (PRD)
• Able to interact with all the frontend and backend programmers on the product development progress/issues and ensuring programmers involve in the project follow closely with the timelines
• Able to look at the broad picture and establish a set of business processes which would support /enhance department daily function and processes in a timely manner.
• Managing budget and supervision of team progress
• Define and identify application problems and evaluating procedures and processes
• Develops solutions by preparing and evaluative workflows
• Controls solution by establishing specifications, tracking production processes
• Leading efforts to improve customer experience processes and staff efficiency
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products

Required Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience working as a Product Manager. Some of this experience must be managing mobile applications
• Success in managing a product in all lifecycle stages – from conception through to launch
• Strong analytical skills; ability to determine the right metrics to measure and turn data into insight
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player; ability to interface and build relationships at all levels within the organization
• Confident presenter who can drive results
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in an environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration
