Job Description
- Assist in the management of group intellectual property, and the development internal policies and procedures;
- Advise on the group’s copyright management, including recording, monetization, licensing and enforcement;
- Assist in the group's various transactions, including IP licensing, copyright acquisition, etc.;
- Review and draft commercial agreements and other legal documents in routine business;
- Work with relevant departments to carry out internal training for relevant personnel of subsidiaries; and
- Provide other legal support for the daily work of certain investee and/or subsidiary.
