Job Description

This role will provide support in daily HR operational duties & administration to management.

 

  • Involve in recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening and interview arrangement.
  • Involve in new hire onboarding process, including pre-onboarding coordination as well as offboarding clearance.
  • Involve in training coordination & arrangement.
  • Involve in employee engagement initiatives, including team bonding, wellness program and recognition events.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the management including handling expense claims.
  • Manage calendar and agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
  • Organize meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders and prepare and drive the entire meeting and logistical setup.
  • Make travel arrangements for the function heads, including flight & hotel booking, visa, other required documents.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for all executive related purchases
  • Assist other ad-hoc operational administration matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Able to commit to a duration of at least 3 months.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive matters/situations and have strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PPT.
  • Previous relevant internship experience would be a bonus.
