Productive – Marketing and Community Team Intern

The role

You will be part of our community team that focuses on customer engagement and content marketing. As a first point of contact for customers, the team plays an important role in delivering a great customer experience. 

Expectation

You should love interacting with people to maintain a warm and friendly vibe. You are expected to work independently to complete the assigned tasks.

Main responsibilities

1. Marketing (social media channels - IG, Tiktok, Telegram etc)

• Plan and design content for our social channels

• Draft engaging copy 

• Take photos and videos as part of the content strategy

• Brainstorm and execute seasonal promotions, community events and collaborations

• Handle communications and outreach on platforms

2. Community

• Assist operations at our focus space (setting up the space, preparing brewed coffee & refilling snacks, passing lunch orders)
  
  

• Help to top up inventory when stock is low

• Familiarise yourself with the customer booking platform to carry out administrative tasks

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma or waiting to enter university (able to commit to the work schedule, see job info)

• Possess a keen eye for aesthetics and design

• Familiar with IG, Tiktok and Telegram

• Experience with basic graphic design, photo and video editing tools (Canva, Lightroom etc)

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator/Inkscape, Premiere Pro/Final cut is an advantage 

• Familiar with Google suite (Drive, Sheets, Forms) 

Job information

• 5 days per week between Mon-Sun (9am to 6pm)

• 3 days at the outlet and 2 days WFH/on location if required

• Internship duration 3 to 6 months 

• The team oversees focus spaces and marketing for fitness classes and workshops/community events
