Job Description

Primary Functions:

  • EXPORT OPERATIONS: 
  • Handle Export orders and arrange Export shipments
  • Ensure Local, Export and Online orders on-time delivery service to customers
  • Point of Contact between factory and BD on all export matters
  • Coordinate with warehouse for all Export shipment preparation (e.g. FCL/ LCL, delivery for stickering, delivery to forwarder’s warehouse)
  • Ensure all pick list from warehouse is based on FIFO with accurate quantity released
  • Expedite Full set of shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing List , Bill of Lading, Permit, COO, Form D, Form E, Invoicing
  • Ensure the export documentations in good order
  • Expedite on all relevant documentation to Authorities on behalf of customers (e.g. Free Sales Certificate, Health Certificate)
  • Collection of original documents including endorsement of official documents from Authorities
  • Arrange courier to ship out original documents to customers
  • Check and Ensure all quantities tally with PO before allowing container to truck out
  • Check and Ensure daily GRN – Export is accurate and tally with Warehouse receiving quantities
  • LOCAL OPERATIONS: 
  • Customer service for all call-in enquiries , Local and Online orders
  • Handle Local and Online orders
  • Full set of order processing from receiving order till customer receives the delivery from driver
  • Collate orders/ Acknowledge orders/ Generate Pick List / Invoice
  • Coordinate with warehouse on delivery preparation for next week delivery
  • Prepare daily delivery schedule
  • Prepare daily check list for Warehouse - Driver - A&L before driver proceed with delivery
  • Arrange Courier services to dispatch Online orders to Customers
  • Check and ensure goods are in order before sending out to Customers
  • Timely issuance of all invoices
  • Handle sampling request from HQ/ relevant department
  • Attend to walk-in customers on their purchases

Secondary Functions:

  • Handle and Ensure all GRN are updated on daily basis
  • Take charge of all preparations for cooking classes - Sales support for cooking classes during weekdays and weekends (whenever required)
  • Inform superior on customer’s feedback/complaints
  • Monitor Inventory movement based on Actual sales with Forecast
  • Assist in warehouse operations when necessary
  • Check and Ensure Month-end Inventory Stock-take is accurate

Adhocs Operations:

  • Report to superior if there’s any customer’s feedback/complaints
  • Assist in any project improvement for A&L department
  • To cover duties for your respective direct reports when the need arises, or seek alternative arrangement and manage the temporary resources
  • Any other duties as assigned by the company/ immediate superior from time to time. The Company reserves the right to transfer you to other section and enlarge your job scope if necessary
