We are looking for an intern to fill a highly responsible position of Community Admin Manager.
A very good, productive working environment will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and potential clients by helping answer enquiries, supervising, and maintaining the space.
- Engage with marketing through market research, gathering information for clients, and creation of marketing collaterals.
- Oversee website content management and social media.
- During travel of management, be the face of the company on the ground, maintaining constant communication with the manager and work independently in assisting with business and related matters.
- Manage Virtual Office mail system and complete day-to-day admin and other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Highly fluent in written and spoken English.
- Customer service attitude and people-person.
- Some experience with social media management and ability to work unsupervised.
- Experience and passion in some design and marketing.
This is a very responsible position with a chance to get a trusted involvement in many areas of a small business firm.
Due to tight travel schedule of management, you need to be able to learn quickly and communicate properly.
