Retail Sales Executive (Starhub) - Full Time
Looking for confident and efficient sales personnels to work at our shop selling Telco services.
- Successful applicants would be stationed at Causeway Point for training and/or work
- Multiple work locations: Islandwide (High traffic shopping malls)
- 5 days work per week; 10.30am to 9.30pm (need to work on weekend or PH)
- Starting pay starts from $1,650 per month; Low basic/ Incentive / High Commission (No Cap)
- Upon confirmation, average gross salary starts from $2,300 (Basic + Incentive + Commission + Overtime)
- Excellent benefits (medical, dental etc..) + 13 month salary + Group insurance coverage benefits + Other incentive.
- To handle sales of telecommunication products such as mobile phones, tablets, mobile-related accessories, service contracts (mobile, cable TV, broadband, etc.) and any other related services according to the Standard Operations Procedure with target
- To ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly
- To participate in roadshows, stock count, etc.
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- To manage issues that arise from customers (e.g. complaints, feedback, etc.)
- To maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the outlet
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least “N” Level or equivalent in any field
- Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven and customer service oriented
- Product training will be provided
- Responsibility and Accountability
